Misaki dolls are announced by Integrity Toys (IT) and/or Azone when the dolls are ready to sell.  I live on the West Coast of North America, therefore depending on who announces a new Misaki, I will be first or last to know.  I usually start a list for those who wish to order her.  Then we wait to see how many dolls I can get and what their price will be.  Getting yourself on that list is not an obligation to buy.  If when prices are announced and you think they are too expensive then you can ask to be taken off the list.  However you need to be fast to get on the list as I usually have more people who want her than dolls that are available.
